So.....I've seen a few people on Facebook talk about loving the Kale Chips they made. Yesterday at HEB I bought some for the first time and decided I would attempt it too.
Here's a picture of the kale all washed up and dried off. Then torn up into pieces minus the stems.
I then put them in a bag with a tablespoon of olive oil and shook them up and laid them out on a baking sheet. I added a little sea salt on part and tried some Mrs Dash on another part. Next I may try some garlic salt or another seasoning?
Then I baked it in the oven at 350 for 10-15 minutes until the edges got browned.
Surprisingly it was pretty good it might actually work for a minor craving of potato chips. Notice in the picture, part of it was already eaten. :)
As for Gage he tried it but didn't much care for it.
Let me first say I have commented on this 3 times and it hasn't shown up. lol They look good! I may try to make some!
