Dr. Who wreath

I really wanted a Christmas wreath and I love Dr. Who so I figured why not! 

I really wanted to make it similar to this but I couldn't find a blue wreath.  I plan on making this when I find the right wreath and I have to make the scarf to go around it as well!!

I made these for a friend.  I had so much creating a new pattern. I love a challenge!! When you don't have a tiny model you gotta do what you gotta do!! lol The cape is double sided!
